Fed to Flourish™ resources are created with intention, encouraging families to engage Scripture thoughtfully and grow together through discussion and reflection. Each work is designed to support learning at home in a way that is gentle, grounded, and rooted in faith.
I am a wife, a mother of three, and the founder of Fed to Flourish LLC™. My work was born out of daily life—teaching my children to read, guiding them through difficult emotions, and learning alongside them as we grow together as a family rooted in faith.
With a background in nutrition and exercise science, I have always believed that true education must care for the whole child. Not just the mind, but the body and the soul as well. Over time, that belief grew into an interdisciplinary approach to learning—one that integrates biblical truth, emotional understanding, responsibility, and practical life skills into meaningful family education.
The Fed to Flourish™ curriculum was created for families and homeschool environments seeking something deeper than surface-level lessons. My goal is to help children understand why they feel what they feel, how to navigate those emotions with wisdom, and how to honor God even in the most challenging moments. This is especially evident in my Bible-based emotion studies, beginning with Understanding Anger, where families are invited to slow down, study Scripture together, and grow in emotional maturity as a unit.
I believe learning happens best within relationship. That’s why my materials are designed to be used together—parents and children side by side—rather than handed off or rushed through. Education, to me, is not about checking boxes. It is about cultivating wholeness, character, and discernment over time.
As my curriculum continues to grow, so does the vision behind it. Future studies will expand across subjects, grade levels, and interdisciplinary themes, always grounded in faith and intentional structure. While my work may appear simple on the surface, every piece is carefully designed, thoughtfully sequenced, and purposefully protected until its proper release.
At its heart, Fed to Flourish™ exists to serve families who want to slow down, learn deeply, and raise children who are nourished—body, mind, and soul.
